About Us

Our APDM President, Joel Zaborowski is an ordained pastor with the Evangelical Free Churches of America. He has served Christ for 32 years as a youth pastor, associate pastor, church planter (twice), senior pastor, and on the Board of Directors for the EFCA Northern Mountain District. 

Joel currently pastors Freedom Bible Church (EFCA) in north central Ohio, and serves on the Board of Directors for Montana Bible College in Bozeman, MT. He regularly partners with the Center for Indian Ministries and Chief ministries to equip Native American pastors and leaders, and parners with JLife Africa to equip Tanzanian pastors and leaders. 

Joel recently served as the Director of Leader Development and Coaching with Sonlife Ministries for 10 years, where he led their Israel Study Tours and trained, coached, and mentored hundreds of pastors across North America. 

We believe that Jesus blazed a trail... an Ancient Path for his disciples to follow.  It is a pathway of making disciples, which is what He instructed His church to do.

We equip and coach leaders to walk that path through:

• Training seminars that examine the life of Christ to discover His strategy for making disciple-makers (we offer several different seminars, including Sonlife's "4 Chair Discipling" and "Strategy")
• Coaching leaders to walk Christ's Ancient Path personally as disciple-makers, and then implement that pathway in their church (we offer coaching cohorts, retreats, and personal coaching)
• Israel Study Tours (we study the Ancient Path of Christ chronologically on location with a disciple-making emphasis)
• Consulting with Church Staff and Boards (for pastors that are going through our coaching)
